Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Incord API, dashboard, or network, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Incord on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.

Incord is a real-time knowledge API that ingests, embeds, ranks, and serves world data to your applications. We may add, change, or deprecate features, and will give reasonable notice of breaking changes.

• Keep your API keys secret, you are responsible for all activity under them
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use
• One person or organization per account; don't share credentials

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use
• Don't attempt to disrupt the network, bypass rate limits, or probe security
• Don't scrape or systematically extract the dataset to rebuild a competing data API
• Don't resell raw Incord feeds without a written agreement

• Free tier: 5,000 API calls per month
• Pay-as-you-go: $4.99 per 1,000 calls beyond the free tier
• Usage is metered and billed monthly; fees are non-refundable for partial periods
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

• Running a node requires staking collateral to activate
• Operators earn rewards for validated work and served queries
• Witnessing invalid or tampered data is slashable
• Operators are independent participants, not employees or agents of Incord

Incord aggregates data from third-party public sources and validates it by consensus, but the service and all data are provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing from Incord is financial advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.

Incord owns the platform, network, and brand. You own your application and data. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the API in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incord is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Incord at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, or risk to the network, and will give notice where reasonable.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
